Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Robert Colwill and I am the Managing Director of Colwills Estate Agents.

Colwills Ltd. was initially formed in 2005 to allow for the take over of a well-known local Estate Agency firm within the town.

For 2007 we have undertaken a full makeover to include a complete office refurbishment with new technology and software, new marketing material and a new name. However we will continue to occupy the same successful premises that have handled sales of Bude property approaching 20 years.

Colwills prides itself of being Bude’s only truly independently owned and managed Estate Agents. I feel the reason this is so important to our customers is that you can be confident that the name above the door is the person who you are dealing with, in whom you place your trust to sell your most expensive asset. If you have a problem you are always welcome to come and see me, Rob Colwill. With other local agents you will only ever be able to deal with a manager, or even worse an inexperienced negotiator, never the boss who’s name is plastered over the office.

I am proud that all my sales team are experienced homeowners, and understand the emotions, stresses and strains surrounding the whole buying and selling process, and therefore are able to successfully guide you through moving home.
